From our first meeting until move-in day and beyond, our building process is in place to ensure a seamless journey to your dream home.
Step one
The Idea.
At the initial meeting, you’ll meet with one of our partners to discuss goals, ideas and your home must-haves. Together, we’ll assess your property and help you choose the right home design that fits your lot, lifestyle, and budget.
Step TWO
The PLAN.
Once we discuss your vision, our team gets to work putting together 2D and 3D mockups/plans to ensure we are all on the same page when it comes to your building project. Once we nail down layouts, we pull in our Architect to get the plans set and also utilize this opportunity to show you your home in 3D.
Step THREE
The DESIGN.
Ready for the fun part? It’s time to deep dive into your Pinterest board. Alongside our Design Consultant, you will have the opportunity to choose finishes, fixtures and furniture – all hand selected based on design, performance, affordability and sustainability.
Step four
The BUILD.
On-site and ready to go! Architecture plans are finalized + design details have been chosen. During this phase, the foundation, porches and garage floors are poured, electrical and plumbing are installed and framing begins. Your house starts taking shape with siding, roofing, doors, windows, insulation and other interior finishes. Seeing truly is believing as you and your family witness the transformation from an empty plot of land into your dream home.
Step five
The Welcome Home.
Once quality checks and final walk-throughs have been completed, it’s move-in day! Our KORE commitment is to deliver high-quality craftsmanship so that we can proudly stand behind our work for years to come.
